Working in Danube Group Head Quarters UAE on a project. The project is for HR Data Analytics. In this project creating dashboards and reports using Power BI to find insights of Employees across all Countries, Business Units and Locations in various areas such as Demographics, Recruitment, Attrition, Transfer IN and Transfer Out, and many other sectors. The insights are retrieved using several visuals, tools and languages like Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, M functions and DAX Language, etc.

During this period, created Tableau & Power BI Dashboards, created MIS reports and charts and used complex PostgreSQL queries to gain insights.Learnt various technical activities around Python, such as Numpy, Pandas: Series, DataFrames, Matplotlib, etc.Learnt Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, Data Models, Data Mapping, Data Analysis, Statistics, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Creating Streamlit and Flask Applications, Machine Learning algorithms, MLOps (MLFlow & Prefect), Workflow Orchestration, NLP, Deploying Applications on Heroku cloud application platform.Built projects in Tableau, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.

Worked in the MNC Healthcare company on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for Doctors of Unites States in which the process of identifying, collecting and managing the Doctor’s revenue from payers based on the services provided was handled.Revenue Data was analyzed, Reports and MIS sheets were created in Excel Sheets.
