- Organize and participate the maintenance of Electrical and Instrument planning schedule for several equipments, such as electrical panel, inverter, motor, sensor and transmitter, PLC and DCS, UPS, AC, control valve, lighting, fire alarm and grounding system.- Participate as required in RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) investigations for all equipment failures or process upsets and reduce LPO (Lost Production Opportunity)- Coordinated with users and contractors to fulfill the installation requirements of new electrical and instrumentation equipment- Performing testing and inspection to ensure compliance with the established plan.- Lead technicians/contractors and assist Supervisor to study the repetitive instrument problem for further improvement. and support the supervisor to handle the administration, such as RFA, SPO, and BAST- Control, monitor and inspect all instruments and electrical jobs in order to keep them accordance with company's safety standards. Permit To Work (PTW), Standards of Procedures (SOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and area classifications.- Propose kaizen (improvement) and QCC to improve Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale (QCDSM) in the company.

-Inspect and test raw materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards-Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).-Conduct inspections at each production stage to identify and address potential quality issues-Perform functional and safety tests on finished circuit breaker products.-Document inspection and testing results, maintaining detailed quality records.
