Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Current- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, greet visitors, and handle information requests on a daily basis.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, transportation, and hotel and restaurant reservations for staff and management.
- Manage fringe benefits, such as birthday gifts and service award letters and certificates for employees monthly.
- Maintain knowledge of Employment Act 1955.
- Issue visitor badges and new hire documentation.
- Monitor stock levels of employee uniforms and lockers, coordinating purchases as needed.
