1. Conduct in-process audits to verify the execution of the planned in-process quality inspection and reporting by the machinist.2. Conduct in-process audits by verifying the quality of the part produced by the machinist against the specification and record the audit result.3. Notify the machinist in charge of the detected nonconformity, request for immediate action such as re-inspection and segregation of the affected part and record the incident.4. Feedback to the MTE control process owner on the nonconforming MTE.5. Analyse the collected data and determine and implement risk mitigation actions together with the machining process owner.6. Escalate the situation that is beyond your control. 7. Train machinist on the part inspection method.8. Provide suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the machining process audit.9. Other tasks assigned by the Management.

-Record the data by doing the tomoana check with tomoana gauge- Do number position check by inspect with mold part- Do the cut check for safety point- Do the check fixture by check on jig to get the tolerance part from jig compare with master part- Do the sanuke test to inspect the nugget weld in good or not- Do the impact test to ensure the nut weld in good pressure or not good- Do torq test by check with torq wrench in Pa- Deal with vendor about equipment need to relocate from supplier to Toyota Assb by phase-Submit the data before and after relocate the equipment follow by sequence-Study the flow production to make the production move one-way-Improve the situation by doing kaizen in production.
