• Communicate with TNB for complaint as per in Sistem Maklum Balas (SMB) 2.0 TNB.• To ensure that all TNB complaints are met, resolve and close at SMB.• Coordination of after sales service job of service team staffs (schedule, claim, manpower, transportation, etc).• Check and verified after sales service report and prepare after sales service technical report.• Compile and update SMB list, Maintenance & Service report and related records updated, documented and kept accordingly.• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report to be discussed on Quality Surveillance Control Committee (QSCC) meeting.• To arrange for meeting and discussion of RCA report for QSCC members regarding quality issue either on after sales site service or production line.• To prepare all documentation analysis for renewable ‘Sijil Guna Pakai (SGP)” for our Client (TNB).• To prepare QSCC documentation, presentation slides, filling and implementation records.• To conduct periodic check on implementation of action taken (RCA) following PDCA cycle: Plan, Do, Check and Action.• To ensure availability and accuracy of related data on SMB, service report, RCA report or other reporting requested by the management including graphs of trend and progress status.• To assist Technical Manager in any work assigned related to Technical Department.• To ensure all service team’s and technical department’s KPI carried out and meets target.• To ensure and maintains safe and clean working environment for service team by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations during site services.• Lead, motivate and provide internal training (safety & health, testing, troubleshooting etc) for service team staffs.• To ensure 5S activities carried out and followed at all times.

• Manage all daily tasks for worker such as daily progress and make sure the assemble part are right places.• Involved meeting with Client and Main contractor to discuss the Progress of Project.• Involved in discussing coordination drawing with other Non-Subcontractor Team to solve in mechanical or electrical issued.• Responsible to make sure the progress are running on scheduled.• Involved in daily inspection with client and Main Contractor to make sure the location part assemble are same from Shop Drawing.• Responsible to do claim progress to Main Contractor.• Responsible to make Document Order (DO) for ordering the component at site.

• Involved with New Equipment Introduction and Technician team in handling the new equipment in Operation system.• More focus on how to manage all the technician with the task given in daiy routine.• Responsible to list all the Bill of material (BOM) for each equipment to scheduled their Preventive Maintenance. • Involved in Breakdown Maintenance in mode standby from any issue and solved their problem from all equipment at the Operation System.• Responsible to study the PLC system and Scaddar System at the Sulphur Conveyor system. • Responsible for make sure the all equipment are in good condition for Operator using in Operation System Running. • Responsible to check the quality of the equipment and material are reading for use.• Involved in learn on how the Operation System running from Ship Operation to the Warehouse Operation.

• Managed the system conveyor in good running condition.• Provide support with another technical team for maintenance.• Involved in Preventive maintenance and Corrective Maintenance a conveyor system in mechanical and electrical issued.• Responsible to make sure the conveyor system running in good condition.

• Assisted QC in NDT and DT.• Produced report for daily checklist working Inspection welding at the pipe.• Managed a report if there is an issued.• Assisted the inspection use tensile machine to research the strength of material with different of material and thickness of material.• Involved in field test of the product such as visual, flow, pressure, dye penetrant test and others.
