CurrentAs a Technical Support Specialist at Xsolla, I provide expert technical assistance to clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless functionality of our platform. My responsibilities include managing LDAP configurations for secure user access, creating and managing Google Workspace accounts, and utilizing OKTA for streamlined identity and access management. I also troubleshoot Cloudflare VPN issues to ensure reliable connectivity and security for our users.In addition to support tasks, I serve as the admin for MS365 and Loom, overseeing user management, system configurations, and workflow optimizations to support business operations. I am highly experienced with JIRA, using it to track, prioritize, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Leveraging Postman API, I test and debug integrations to maintain system reliability and enhance client experiences.By staying well-versed in Xsolla’s suite of products, I deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders. My focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement allows me to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational success in a fast-paced environment.
