1. Perform production audit according to DAG set requirements in line as well as Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM).2. Ensure the effectiveness of CS1 and CS2 operation through the following up of audit findings. This includes related activities on preventive, corrective, escalation processes and technical changes related to the process. In addition to ensure success in annually DAG Surveillance Audit, and ISO9001 Audit.3. Follow up the coordination of related PI from DAG, and Field Issues from After Sales.4. Participate in direct continuous improvement activities and project execution as per superior direction.5. Participate in other PA activities such as process & product audit, Destructive test as well as Ultrasonic test.

My responsibilities are to assist in designing and building mock-up sample of air bag system and seat belt for a trial test. This includes the analysis of the samples' performance and a follow-up progress in the production line especially in mechanical assembly part.
