• As the program lead, I helped design, launch, and scale the Regional Innovation Strategies (RIS) program, a $15 million (now $23 million) grant program that aimed to increase regional capacity to translate innovations.
• Under the guidance of the OIE Director, I led and coordinated a six-person team to support the deployment and management of $57 million in federal grant funding for 140 accelerator, incubator and early-stage seed.
• Over the course of four years, I worked on streamlining the operational process which included training regional staff, leading the transition to a new grants management IT system, working on communication strategies.
