Debt Capital Market Trust & Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs)Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs) and Fund Settlement• Monitor, supervise, and review REITs Manager manages the REITs according to the Trust Deed and relevant laws.• Prepare and review proposal/letter/memo related to approval requested by REIT Management Company.• Process the approval for tenancy, appointment of 3rd parties, property, drawing plans and execution of financing documents i.e. notice of lease rental, disbursement, rollover, purchase requisition, letter of agency and bank guarantee.• Monitor and handling data for daily and end of day reporting.• Manage reconciliation initiatives and ensure accuracy across payments.• Manage RENTAS daily payment and settlement operations of Treasury Product i.e. Money Market, Derivatives, Securities and others.• Prepare Manual security and payment instructions preparation when required.• Constant and effective communication with stakeholders i.e. Treasury and Finance to ensure RENTAS balance is at an adequate level to cater for daily settlement needs, Customer Management for customer account cashflow verification.• Accurate and timely settlement of treasury deal verification/confirmation of Money Market, Derivaties, Securities and other treasury products.

• Process and verify all corporate action events in securities services for Global Market and ensure all corporate action events are captured and validated.• Announced and process all corporate action events such as cash dividend, bonus issue, merger, proxy voting for AGM / EGM and perform payment for entitled client before cut-off time.• Checking and approving customer’s corporate actions order such as buy and sell share related instructions.• Reconcile and prepare allotment letter on daily cash flow of client’s entitlement cash account and stock balance. Maintain various macros excel database to generated Client’s Entitlement Sheet Report.• Act as checker and verified all data input provided & instructed by officer into multiple system.

Global Support Executive Corporate Action, Securities Services• Support direct management act as Sub-Custodian for Corporate Action Process for Middle East Market.• Process Corporate Action events includes but not limited to cash dividend, bonus shares, right issues, proxy meeting,take over, merger, interest, redemption, and conversion.• Process client’s instruction such as proxy voting and share purchase.• Reconcile daily cash flow of client’s entitlement on cash account and stock balance.• Perform cash payment and shares transfer to clients in timely manner before cut-off time.• Monitor Stock Exchange Website’s announcement by analyse, read company notification, interim or annual reports.Maintain and update in system.• Ensure timely dissemination of corporate announcement to clients.• Participate in UAT for project/ application in team.• Assist in carrying administration and ad-hoc assignment as required by management.
