Over the past year and a half I have gained confidence in my ability to lead and train thanks to this role with a caseload of up to 20 clients. A few of my many responsibilities included: leading a monthly social group for our early intervention clients, providing oversight and ongoing training for the therapists and early interventionists on my staff and cases, conducting parent training related to IFSP and ABA parent goals, writing and performing presentations on ABA concepts for all Bay Area offices, contributing to the staff evaluation process, writing reports independently for the early start program and completing progress updates based on data analysis for ABA progress reports as well as supporting on various early intervention and ABA assessments.
