Daily answering incoming chats regarding customers property and casualty insurance policy. Answering customers inquires about policy terms and premiums, balance due, edit amendments, and send documents via email as needed. Transfer chat to appropriate departments as needed. Attend departmental meetings as scheduled.

• Answer daily incoming calls, maintain current knowledge of products and services to provide outstanding customer service while fielding questions.• Direct calls to correct Case Manager.• Process efficiency and accuracy of daily fax of Enrollment forms, Proof of income, Prior Authorization, Hardship letter, Exception letter, Appeal forms and etc. in a timely manner.

• Answering incoming calls.• Schedule emergency drug and alcohol tests for major Airlines, Freight Trains and Commercial Trucks.• Schedule Pre-employment tests for major Airlines.• Consolidating end of the month paperwork for payroll.

*Answering incoming calls regarding customers inquires, including accounts, due dates, due amounts, billing cycle dates, rate plan changes, promotions, and etc.*Take payments, make adjustments, and apply credits.*Trouble shoot services or devices when issues arise.*Port numbers from other service providers to Metro by T-Mobile or Port numbers from Metro by T-Mobile to other service providers.

Take incoming calls, reroute calls to appropriate departments, make new reservations, edit or cancel existing reservations, reaccommodate guests on new flights or refund fares if there are cancelled flights, assist in rewards booking via remote assistance on the web if guests have issues, and queue cancelled rewards bookings to appropriate department for redeposit of guests rewards.

Open daily incoming mail, sort them in categories, reroute appreciate documents to correct departments, then bundle and batch them to be scanned.
