Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience working across several industries. Recently wrapped up an exciting $1B spin-off at Edwards Lifesciences, which was ultimately sold to Becton Dickinson, and am doing some freelance work now while in market for my next opportunity. Prior to this, I was an Executive Recruiter and Corporate Recruiting leader with West Monroe (Management Consulting), where I built out an executive recruiting function, led our corporate recruiting team, built out the East Coast region, and led a high performing TA team to support 25-30% growth YoY. That included providing meaningful sourcing strategies for identifying and engaging top talent, candidate development, candidate experience, and influencing organizational diversity across the most senior levels and departments. I was previously the Head of Northeast Recruiting for SunGard Consulting, the services arm for the large fintech which was later acquired by FIS, where I focused on mentoring a team, pipeline development, and hiring some of the most challenging and visible technical roles for the entire organization. Prior to these corporate roles, I spent the first several years of my career on the search side, running my own retained/contingency search firm. I have a proven track record of delivering quality hires, building strong relationships, and driving strategic growth. My passion is recruiting, and I cherish the responsibility TA has as a critical strategic driver of business success, and helping talent and companies realize new possibilities. As a TA Leader, I am also a role model and a mentor who empowers and develops others in a team-oriented environment.
