Expanded Somos Chiantla e-governance & transparency mobile app to two additional Guatemalan municipalities, including human-centered design, user testing, training municipal officials, and managing developer. Designed ICT-based interventions for USAID and other donor-funded development projects. including a citizen engagement and transparency mobile application for the municipality of Chiantla in Guatemala. Conducted design research in Honduras and Indonesia related to technology adoption.

Launched and supported management of Nexos Locales, a $16 million, USAID-funded local governance initiative in Western Highlands of Guatemala, and supervise project’s day to day financial reporting and performance, personnel management, contract compliance, staff training. Designed and delivered training presentations in Spanish to Guatemala staff in Quetzaltenango. Re-launched #Technology for Democracy happy hours.
