Customer Fulfilment operates in 7 national fulfilment centres, 320 stores with 35K colleagues across operations and Head office. Across this function I am responsible for the process and governance of end- to- end planning, for all projects; against the framework of the long term strategy. This involves developing project concepts, leading key projects to initiation, programme managing delivery and benefits realisation. • Operating according to our principle of ‘Safety first’• Creating a Centre of excellence for project management • Strategy development and definition of the Customer Fulfilment endstate goals & metrics targets • Requirement gathering, design sessions & concept design• Designed and implemented business case documentation with training to all project managers • Project business case development and prioritisation • Supporting project managers, project assurance & PRINCE/ AGILE/RIBA methodologies • Problem solving, issue and change, risk assessment/mitigation, escalation management• Stakeholder engagement - key interface between business and technology to translate our business requirements into product capabilities. Scrum and sprint planning. • Key interface between Fulfilment and other stakeholders e.g. Tesco group, finance, procurement• Dependencies management across complex programmes• Organisation and chairing of governance • Communications; presenting and reporting to stakeholders and team through status reports and team days• Tracking and forecasting of risks and benefits against budget and plan• Project closure, handover and benefit review & measurement
