As a Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, I oversaw all operations and departments of the business. I was the point person for Sales, Operations and I also had oversight of the coaching staff, thus having a hand in every aspect of the studio. As an Operations Manager, I am responsible for leading and maintaining every department in the 150,000 square foot facility. As a coordinator at Equinox, I managed the staff and facility, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees as well as ordering and stocking supplies. I was responsible for typing, submitting and filing daily assessments, treatment plans, client intakes and progress reports. I engaged directly with members to improve the customer experience and increase retention. I excelled at reorganizing the department and driving sales and revenue.

As my first experience in a management role, I was responsible for monthly quotas in sales and revenue while overseeing the daily productivity of up to 20 employees. I interviewed, hired and developed prospective employees in order to drive and expand the business. I handled day-to-day customer concerns and feedback, and directly effected change when needed. I personally met with each new member to introduce them to the facility and answer any questions they may have had.
