Ultimately, I would like to work to work with Educational Policy, specifically Adult Education, Career Services, and Curriculum and Instruction. By creating relevant, realistic curricula, we can improve teacher and student success using attainable goals and real progress. In addition, by creating evaluation processes that evaluate the quality of instruction rather than administrative preference or student approval rating, we can eliminate the lack of support for educators and community schools. Finally, by developing degree programs that require students to develop career strategies throughout their college endeavors, we can create workforce-ready, well branded students.
