I hold a Food Protection Certificate issued by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, as well as a ServSafe Food Handler certification issued by the U.S National Restaurant Association, demonstrating my commitment to quality and safety standards.I have over 18 years of progressive leadership roles in retail operations management and business development for top-tier organizations, such as the NY Times and Restaurant Associates. I have successfully planned, developed, and implemented best practices, strategies, and road maps to ensure efficient management of stores operation at both regional and district level, delivering results within budget and time constraints.
