I am a dedicated academic and researcher with a strong Turkic-Uzbek heritage and a politically and socially influential family background from Maimana, Faryab province (currently part of Afghanistan). My educational journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Westminster International University in Tashkent (University of Westminster in London). I am currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing at Tashkent State University of Economics.Professionally, I leverage my industry and teaching experience as a Lecturer at MDIS Tashkent and Cambridge International University in Tashkent (Millat Umidi University). My scholarly work includes several published papers in both Uzbek and international journals, and I actively participate in academic conferences to contribute to ongoing research discussions. My goal is to advance knowledge in business and marketing while bridging theoretical insights with practical applications, benefiting both local and international academic communities.
