As a Consultant and Progress OpenEdge Engineer, I had acted in several projects developing solutions integrated at the Totvs 11 ERP. These projects occurs at the follow companies: Bomag, CIEE RS, Apisul, Santa Lúcia Alimentos, Pibernat, Ferbasa, Danko. Belga, Termoprol, GNaritas, Madesa, Gesto TI.

I worked at the company Fruki Bebidas, as a Totvs/Progress Analyst, providing improvements and corrections to the Totvs Datasul System.

As a Progress OpenEdge Engineer, I participated in the UniNova Project, which consisted of converting the Totvs 11 (an ERP based on Progress OpenEdge) to SAP, at the Unimed Porto Alegre, developing the migration routines between these systems. Also, I acted as a manager for the developer's team that implements the integrations between the other peripheral systems and SAP.

In my role as an Agile Coach I worked on the dissemination of agile culture throughout the organization. In this direction, I developed actions that reach the Strategic, Tactical and Operational levels in the areas of Development, Products and Services, enabling the maintenance of a culture of Business Agility. Such actions consisting of facilitating workshops, training and conducting talks on topics, frameworks, agility tools and agile mindset. I was conducting coaching and mentoring sessions with the Agile Team Coaches (Scrum Masters) in order to empower and train them in the skills necessary to perform their role. I co-created an assessment tool, called Agile Pulse, which performs a health check of agile teams on several aspects of agility. Agile Pulse allowed me to identify the weaknesses and strengths of the team and, from there, establish actions that guide the teams on a journey of continuous improvement. Also, I implemented a metrics system, called Agile Radar, for agile teams, based on information extracted from the Rally and Jira Software systems. As an OKR Coach I developed the following activities: Help people at the Strategic, Tactical and Operational levels in the creation, monitoring and analysis of their OKRs, ensuring that they are always aligned with the company's strategy; Facilitation of OKR workshops, totaling 3 classes, over 30 participants and over 40 hours of training; Coaching and facilitating portfolio management based on OKR and delivering value, aligned with the organization's strategy. Since 2020 I was part of the global implementation and maintenance team for Jira to ADP units in Latin America. Together my role of Agilisty, I acted as Lead Software Development in Progress OpenEdge, where I led a lot of projects, such as, eSocial (Brazilian Government Legal Information System), ADP Marketplace LatAm, ADP DataCloud LatAm, eXpert (Brazilian HR System).

As a Development Coordinator I worked in ERP and BI systems customization projects on several business areas and in large companies, such as Renner Sayerlack, JBS Frangosul, Metalúrgica MOR, Ritter Alimentos, Kepler Weber, Medabil, Ferramentas Gedore, Vipal Borrachas, Unimed, among others. I coordinated projects of tens thousands of hours, with distributed and remoted teams. On these projects, the principal technology used was the Progress OpenEdge.

I participated as an analyst responsible for the project of development and implementation of the advertising billing system and financial controls at Globosat company. Also, I was responsible for the administration of Oracle and Progress databases of these systems.

Responsible for the development, migration and support of systems such as ERP systems, Commercial, Ad Capture, Data Warehouse, HR, Finance and internal Portals.

As Systems Analyst I participated in the project of development and implementation of ERP System (Datasul) and Ad Capture System (Advision) in the company Editora O Dia. Also, I developed specific applications for companies such as Bavaria Brewery, Mega Petróleo, Senac, Frangos Rica. I gave development training in Progress.

Responsible for all IT area of the company. I reorganized the server infrastructure, modernized the company's computer network. Managed and supported the company's information systems, as well as trained employees in IT tools.

Administered the company's IT infrastructure and provided technical support to users. I modernized the entire IT infrastructure of the company. I participated in the project development and implementation of the company's ERP system.
