CurrentFraud Prevention System-FPS (Phase-3) of CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services)Key Responsibilities: o Responsible for improving System Release, QA, and other Program specific business processes.o Work alongside Government counterparts to ensure projects are on time and on schedule and any potential problems or issues related to release and QA are handled quickly with no/minor impact.o Managing plan, schedule, and end to end coordination of monthly FPS system releases along with overseeing e2e testing processes in different environments including Production. o Coordinating with Developers, DevOps, Helpdesk, PMO team to ensure on time production deployment. o Accountable for streamlining test, release, quality metrics management processes.o Coordinating validation and implementation readiness review (VRR, IRR) with clients. o Managing automation test and release management tools for the construction, continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD) of FPS system releases. o Recommends any process improvement ideas to Program Director and implement as necessary. o Support to deliver any project management documents including release, implementation, test plans etc.o Support & lead any kind of testing including System, Backend, Regression, Automation, Smoke, 508 Compliance, Security/Pen, Performance testing etc. o Prepare all QA & release metrics reports (Weekly, Monthly, release wise, Ad-hoc etc.) align with test and release plan both for CMS & Peraton Management.o Direct Supervision of 8 Member’s QA team & provides direction as required. Indirect monitoring of release work operations of 8-10 Dev/DevOps team.
