I have worked in so many projects like Hashoo group, Shipyard, Atlas Engineering, K-Electric, Sir Syed Szabist University, and many more by providing day-by-day support in Project Execution and Control to the Project Team, PMO, and Project Manager for smooth and timely completion of the project and my below was my job responsibility.• Update necessary tracking systems to make sure that project status is maintained with complete accuracy.• Coordinate all tasks related to budgeting revenue invoicing purchase orders; provide data entry to support management ensuring accurate tracking of budget.• Working on Project Stock, and make sure smooth delivery to the customer and to make sure to recognize in the system.• Support Project Manager to issue day by day, weekly or monthly reports as needed.• Support Project Manager to work on Project Presentations and status.• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.• Assist with administrative preparation for various meetings.• Communicate all issues to management before reaching critical status.• Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and continue to monitor for integrity completeness.• Determining project changes and working closely with the Project Manager to review and implement.• Supporting and taking part with Project Office in developing project strategies.• Provide ad hoc reports as requested.• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
