Partnering with the developer of this unique service, he leveraged many of the security tools in Amazon to develop a multi-factor, encrypted service that allows the transmission of any sized files (including very large ones like engineering diagrams or videos) that contains sensitive or proprietary information to recipient(s) that are verified. No subscription is necessary although a bulk service offering is available based on billing amount versus timing (like an EZPass).

Drove strategy, established functional support structure, ERP application processes, and facilitated in launching a new off-shore Global Support Center to provide reduced cost but improved service of application support, focused on testing.Reduced the costs of the team while increasing the efficiencies – increased customer base 30% of ITG the first year, automated the patching process reducing the staff by two for patching, license process redesign to twice a year true-up resulting in a reduction of the staff from 4.5 to 1.5 FTE’s.Project managed $5.3M North America Oracle Applications (ERP) upgrade which spanned multiple functional and technical areas, delivered on-time and $1M under budget with no unplanned outages, while concurrently growing the team by collapsing three departments under my leadership.Budget management and cost savings responsibilities including managing an annual IS budget of $54M and saving over $1M by initiating process improvements through a global automated process deployment.Created a global technology plan and established vendor service level agreements resulting in $440K savings.
