Coordinated work flow of PCBA assemblies through the AutoRepair sector. Worked with counterparts on other shifts to ensure the timely processing of returned assemblies through various processes on the manufacturing floor and to ensure they were shipped back to the customers within tight deadlines.

Responsible to ensure all processes on the mfg floor were being performed within specified parameters. Followed up on issues as they occurred and drove Root Cause/Corrective Action to closure. Worked with various engineering teams to improve processes. Followed up with training for mfg operators to ensure compliance to ISO standards. Taught the IPC-A-610 Visual Inspection course to new operators across the site.

Processed film and printed professional level images. Maintained machines and equipment. Worked full-time until Sept 1998 and part-time from Sept 1998 to July 1999, when the lab was sold to another owner.

Managed a small one-hour lab at Oshawa Centre. This included daily quality reports, equipment maintenance and repair, managing inventory and serving customers in a retail environment.
