On board the PGS Ramform Tethys vessel as Safety Advisor in the Sísmica Project - 4D Roncador and Albacora Leste

Contracted by Toveri Gerenciamento de Projetos Integrados) Safety Advisor, onboard the Gun vessel, Diamond, on the Parque das Baleias project (Petobras), I worked as Shearwater’s HSE advisor dealing with all safety related issues, coordinating all safety related activities, events and communications and reporting all project related HSE performance achieved to the on shore project managers. The main task included daily HSE routine, dealing with HSE issues such as identifying which areas required improvement, conducting QHSE systems and ensuring that all operations were as safe as possible.

Contracted by Toveri onboard the node handling vessel, Subsea Viking, on the Bacalhau project, I worked as Equinor’s HSE client representative dealing with all safety related issues, coordinating all safety related activities, events and communications and reporting all project related HSE performance achieved to the on shore project managers. The main task included daily HSE routine, dealing with HSE issues such as identifying which areas required improvement, conducting QHSE systems and ensuring that all operations were as safe as possible.

While working for Shearwater by Toveri Gerenciamento de Projetos Integrados on home office as a safety advisor I was responsible for preparing all documents to comply with the integrated management plan (PGI) as per Petrobras contract and Brazilian legal requirements.I provided support to Shearwater project manager and HSE manager as well as managers from other companies involved in the project, focusing on HSE (occupational health, safety and environment) standards.

Underwater installation of pipes and “Yoke” Underwater anchorage base for docking and import of Gas. PTW Control, Risk analysis, safety statistics, DDS, security training and meeting, translation of meetings, inspections of area and monitoring diving activities, cargo handling and other activities.

HSE Advisor on board of Seismic Vessel. Performing daily HSE routine to attend operations/project requirements. HSE focal point between Client and Operator for Libra Field project on Pre-Salt area.

In the first part of the project, I served as Saipem's HSE representative on the Soliter Pipe line vessel (All Seas) and the Stingray (Van Oord). Supporting the Saipem manager and interacting with the Petrobras client on issues related to the area of HSE. After completing this phase I attended FDS2 (Saipem) in the role of Safety Officer until the completion of the project. I returned to Saipem to a temporary contract in 2017 through Brunel.HAZID Implementation, Verification Critical Procedures (VCP), PEAT training, weekly safety meetings, control and implementation of safety observation system, area inspections, VMT walkthrough, accident investigation, coordination of work permit, training of Brazilians and foreigners, implementation of NR 34 and monthly safety statistics.
