As a Commercial BI and Reporting Analyst in AGEAS' Commercial Performance and Incentives area, responsibilities include managing performance and reporting by tracking KPIs for commercial activities and preparing comprehensive reports for management. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and profitability by product, region, and channel also play a crucial role in this position. My scope of work also covers leveraging data analysis tools to extract insights from financial data and enhancing technology and systems management by implementing and maintaining financial processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Additional responsibilities encompass KPI development and performance reviews, managing sales incentive programs to ensure alignment with financial targets, and delivering comprehensive financial reports and high-impact presentations to senior decision-makers, providing actionable insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Utilized data analysis tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide to implement optimizations and improvements across various processes both within and outside the operations department, focused on reducing operational load and enhancing efficiency through optimization and automation. Executed various data modification requests, including customer data and policy changes, ensuring compliance with proposed SLAs. Opportunity to complete the master's thesis focusing on the impact of digital technologies on improving AGEAS’ processes.

Contributed to the data migration project by modifying and standardizing data within AGEAS’ core systems, ensuring that data was migrated accurately and coherently to the new core systems.

Completed an internship in the HR department, providing an opportunity to closely observe and gain insights into the core HR processes. Responsibilities included assisting with various HR functions, understanding employee onboarding, recruitment procedures and performance management, as well as contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
