Responsibilities and functions:• SMARTS central-office company’s work arranging in PR and Media (7 regions) ◦ development and realization of a positioning strategy in society and Media◦ planning, budgeting and PR events delivery◦ press-conferences, briefings and interviews arranging◦ press-releases, commentaries, clarifications and documentary arrangement◦ press-conferences and forums arrangement, support in presentations and director’s reports delivery◦ analysis of public opinion, catching Media attraction to the SMARTS Company’s business.◦ SWOT-analysis of PR activity of rivals.◦ PR support of shareholders and top-management of the SMARTS company.◦ non-commercial materials distribution and advertising in Media◦ negotiations◦ GR• Marketing◦ development and implementation of a business plan, commercial strategies and the plan of marketing events of the SMARTS company.◦ development and promotion of new calling plans offers and services (tariffs «Zvoni na Rodinu!», «Odna cena!», services «Legkyi roaming», «Blizkie strany - mir», «Blizkie strany - sng»)◦ management and arrangements in increasing of customers’ loyality (telemarketing, direct mail, free service packets, etc.)◦ market analysis and competitor activity, development and implementation of competing offers. ◦ administration of the official site (smarts.ru) and the official community in VKONTAKTE (vk.com/club_smarts), internet-marketing, SEO-optimization.◦ establishment and development of advertising materials.◦ efficiency analysis of new calling plans, options, services, establishment of business cases◦ documentation and accounts maintenance
