I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the solution architecture and I also provided technical leadership to the development team, promoting an agile way of working based on close collaboration with business stakeholders. My focus on iterative and incremental delivery, backed by a solid and automated engineering development lifecycle, played a crucial role in the project's success, meeting deadlines and quality goals.- Led the team that delivered a cloud native solution for risk analysis on Google Cloud.

During my tenure as freelance consultant, I worked with several clients across diverse industries.While my primary focus has centered around designing and implementing solution architectures, a crucial aspect of my role involved providing technical coaching to development teams. Collaborated closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build the domain and capability maps, and devise innovative solutions to improve existing processes.- Designed a new solution architecture for a cloud-native eCommerce platform hosted on Microsoft Azure, utilizing domain-driven design and CQRS paradigms. This project underscored the importance of a tight collaboration between Engineers and UX specialists, working as a cross-functional team to deliver an innovative user experience.- Supported re-writing a Media content management system for Sports Digital Services, focusing on the solution architecture design using Domain Driven Design and Event Sourcing paradigms. - Designed a new solution architecture for the digitalization of job recruiting, training, and outplacement processes for a leading Italian employment agency, employing domain-driven design principles.

I played a pivotal role in redefining the organizational model across various software factories, aligning them with the Software Product Lines paradigm, by the Software Engineering Institute. As a part of my job, I led the adoption of agile engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/DevOps methodologies by mentoring and coaching cross-functional teams. This strategic shift allowed the company to streamline development processes, enhance product quality, and achieve greater efficiency.
