Responsible for provisioning and maintaining Splunk Infrastructure across Global Wholesale Banking organization.Working close to Fraud Detection teams inside the organization to deploy automation and new fraud detection models in Splunk.

Lead a complete redesign/redevelopment of three business-critical applications used fordecision making, business intelligence, and position processing.• Ground-up design, development, and support of a P&L and risk management applicationused by the automated trading group, including real-time price/position/risk delivery.• Convert an Excel-based tool into an enterprise application for daily position processing andenhanced decision making, reducing individual task time from 15 minutes to 30 seconds.• Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions, including tools focused onasset pricing, daily reporting, and risk analysis.• Create applications focused on empirical pattern analysis and identification, enhancedselection processes for trading, as well as historical data processing and reporting.• Lead operational support of front and middle office risk/reporting systems for an automatedtrading group.• Collaborate with business functions and the core technology group to identify inefficiencies,gather requirements, and plan technology projects focused on the firm’s business needs.• Plan and execute UI improvements for business tools used by the company.• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training for business users and the technologygroup.• Manage UNIX/Linux system administration.

• Manage an application support team in providing level 3 support for various lines of business.• Act as the technology liaison between business technology groups and various support groups.• Provide SLA management and oversight of teams responsible for Incident and Problem Management.• Help evaluate the impact of technology changes on various lines of business by actively participating in weekly change management meetings for the GCIB Technology group.• Create and deploy technical and business monitoring views using the Wily introscope infrastructure.• Manage monitoring for various shared groups utilizing SiteScope,Gas/Netfuel,Tivoli,Wily introscope and other off-the-shelf and custom built tools.• Day-to-day operational support of Unified User Management (UUM)/Siteminder infrastructure, GCIB document repository, and other shared resources.• Develop a suite of tools to help the Advantage project manage hardware infrastructure and better project future needs.• Create and maintain a software/hardware inventory tool of differentiated services *nix servers, supporting over 1,000 boxes across US and EMEA bank infrastructure, enabling more efficient and timely resource management and reporting.• Lead the implementation and support of Converra search engine across multiple BofA online web applications.• Create a tool for deploying WebMethods IS/IE clusters for various bank applications.• Lead a team in creation of an automated build-out tool for Weblogic clusters, as well as a tool for webserver certificate renewals• Script a re-start of large environments into a one-click operation, resulting in significant time savings during outages and releases.• Analyze new tools, platforms and frameworks to guide the adoption of best practices.• Monitor environments to ensure reliability and performance consistency.• Collaborate with other teams to exchange knowledge, improve and customize workflows, and develop architecture standards.
