Specific accomplishments:• In a six-month period, directed turn-around from a product schedule consistently missing deadlines to an on-time, on-budget product consistently released to the public on time with minimum bugs. • Held direct responsibility for management of 16 software engineers, $5M operating budget, and all phases of the product lifecycle including product marketing, selection of strategic partners, sales, quality assurance, and technical Customer Services.

Project Manager - Consulting ServicesProject Manager with responsibility for all new development projects in IS department of fifth largest cable TV corporation. Developed project office concept and socialized project management processes throughout the company. Responsible for leading IS department through wholesale technology changes. Specific accomplishments:• Responsible for Billing System IS integration and interface projects totaling $6M of a $25 million implementation. • Managed $1M Executive Information System project from requirements definition through vendor selection and implementation. System was written using IRI PCExpress with feeds from Oracle 7 data warehouse. • Managed selection of Marketing Database product to interface to the EIS and to the new billing system.
