1. Project procurement management, including EPC/EPCm, Equipment purchasing. Set up project procurement strategy, communicate with project team, manage whole process of purchasing activities, including supplier selection, separate and define purchasing RfQ package, manage whole bidding process, contracting, update purchasing status report and do expediting. 2. Responsible for contractor service category, including construction, installation and other general maintenance service, set up category strategy, deal with bidding process, contracting, site management etc. Supplier management, annual performance review, complain management, audit etc.3. Site intergration, process optimization, e-tools implementation.

MRO purchasing, including all the indirect purchasing (such as technical goods, spare parts, service, MRO, lab equip., IT hardware & software, PPE, construction or capital project)2) Lead and follow the whole purchasing process including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation to get cost saving and good commercial terms and conditions, ensure the goods or service quality. Make purchase order or contract, frame agreement, consignment stock contract, annual maintenance contract renewal and order following up, payment request, delivery contact.3) Meet internal end user’s demand and manage the external suppliers.4) Import and export coordination. Cases:1) HPS Splitter Debottlenecking Project:+/-30% Cost Estimate Service with MWP and EPCM contract for construction. 2) Consignment contract with several category spare parts and consumables. Such as PPE supply contract, Bolt& nuts consignment contract, Lab consumables supply contract.3) Support the integration for indirect purchasing APAC，such as bearing supply integration, filter bag supply integration, PPE supply integration etc.

Non-raw material purchasing (including technical goods, service, MRO, lab equip. IT hardware & software, construction or capital project), mainly doing goods importation, customs clearance, tax exemption, logistic issue2) Support manager to do sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, make purchase order or contract, contract administration, order following up, payment request, delivery contact3) Skillfully use ERP and SAP4) Contact suppliers home and abroad. Coordinate with internal dept., 5) Some admin job for the Procurement Dept, such as manager travel agenda, expense reimbursement, invitation letter, service charge issue etc.
