Responsibilities:- • Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs. • checking of Buildings and Sites for the Permit as per the Building rules. • Estimate the quantity and cost of materials. • Preparation of Bills for Construction Materials, As –Built Drawings. • Tendering of projects. • Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors. • Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain working relationship with contractors and subcontractors. • Sending enquiries for the building material and comparing the received Quatation.• Preparing the floor plan in Photoshop.• Preparing Auto Cad drawing.• Preparing all the documents.
