I am Afrah Arshad, a dedicated clinical psychologist with a strong educational background, having earned my Master's in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Beaconhouse National University. I am the founder of Teen Therapy Wellness, a platform focused on offering mental health services to teenagers and young adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked as an Associate Psychologist at Taskeen, and as a student counselor at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), providing psychological support and guidance to university students, and has also gained experience as a shadow teacher at Step Ahead Autism Center, working closely with children with autism. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with psychoanalysis, emphasizing empathy and active listening. I am passionate about mental health awareness and is actively involved in conducting international and national workshops and seminars, striving to make mental health services more accessible and effective. I am a licensed member of the American Psychological Association and Pakistan Association of Clinical Psychologists as well as Pakistan Association of Cognitive Therapists.
