After being told by my mum that I’m too handsome for boxing, I decided to study something I enjoyed. So, I studied at the University of Greenwich and after three years of hard studying (and blowing my student loan), I came out with a solid degree in Business Management. My father was a builder and a property investor which is what sparked my interest in property. This led to my entry into estate agency as a lettings negotiator in London which is when I fell in love with property . I have since been within various sectors of the property industry for over 10 years. In this time I have covered all things relating to lettings and property investment. From lettings legislation and the rental market, building and development work to property management and maintenance. My main aim is always to help my clients to reach the outcome or goal they are looking for by understanding their needs and wants. I can then apply my experience and knowledge to help set out a step by step plan to help my clients. Whether my client is a landlord/investor trying to maximise their investment or a home owner trying to bring their vision to life, I can help.My unique background and experience with all things relating to property allows me to give advice based on first-hand experience to ensure all my client are happy. I work very hard, but when I am not working I am spending time with family and friends and generally enjoying life.
