 Monthly Security Audit Review the Emergency plan, Medical plan & Business Continuity Plan. Operating & monitoring 170+ CCTV’s. Inspecting fire safety systems and fire equipment’s. Completion reports of alarms, incidents and complaints. Ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. Ensuring the protection of property and Assets. Handling Guests complaint In a diplomatic manner. First Aider. Documentation of all Security reports and Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Passes. Patrolling the property and reporting the defects and discrepancies observed to the concerned department. Assists guests/employees during emergencies. Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents and release information to authorised individuals. Making security arrangements during VIP visits and events maintaing the standards. Controlling the entry and exits of the vehicles. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to Company standards; anticipate and address guest’s service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using a Clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others; support team to reach a common goal;listen and respond appropriately to the concern of other employees  Resolve safety hazards situations. Visitor and Vendor control.

 To inspect operability of all fire safety equipment deployed at Parinee Crescenzo building. To maintain stock report of fire extinguishers to ensure all extinguishers goes under mandatory periodic maintenance/services. To conduct fire & safety training for security,Admin and facility staff on monthly basis. Basic and advance firefighting training can be conducted as per requirement. To respond on fire alarm and ensure minimal impact on buisness operations. Responsible for fire pump room operations and conducted weekly testing of pump room and gong bell. Ensure all process is followed when hot work is carried out in the building. Responsible to check fire man switch operation and periodic testing. Responsible to ensure the building fire alarm system works according to the set fire logic with all the integrations. Responsible to charge or discharge sprinklers line. Maintain day to day hydrant and sprinkler checklist and ensure emergency exits are clear of obstructions.

 To conduct PPM activity of Fire alarm system I.e.smoke detector,mcp,fire logic in lift and access control at various sites of siemens. To maintain and record observation which were Identified in ppm and informed it to fire safety lead and siemens engineer about the solution given. To ensure quick closure to all the observation highlighted by the client. Hands on PPM on WLD,VESDA,Fire panel & pa system
