As a QA Specialist at Touch 'n Go Group, I ensure the quality and reliability of the leading digital wallet and mobility platform in Malaysia. With a CTFL certificate and a strong foundation in software testing principles, I identify and resolve defects, enhance user experience, and support product development. In my current role, I have contributed to several projects, such as the integration of insurance product, the launch of TNG Visa Card, and the improvement of the app's performance and security.I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills to advance my career as a software QA professional. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering in Information System at the National University of Malaysia (UKM), where I have gained hands-on experience in SDLC, MySQL, and Postman. I also completed a five-month internship at ROVR PETRONAS, a digital fuel delivery service powered by PETRONAS, where I learned how to use Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Product management skill. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to deliver innovative and high-quality software products.
