Production responsible for 8 colors CI flexo machine. Responsible for repair and maintenance activities at machine by Implementing TPM tools to keep the machine to its basic condition. Actively priticipate and coordinate with planning team to minimise the downtime like setup at machine and having good n smooth productions process to improve the machine efficiency. Follow up for the machine TBM n CBM activities. Strongly coordination with QC team as we take an initiative regarding package forming to keep our products in good shape by precisely monitoring the Quality parameters .Manage the shifts staff to provide smooth work flow at machine.

Duties & Responsibilities:Production Responsible for VT Flex 175 ES In line 7 colours Machine .Safety and Health Pillar Member.Autonomous Maintenance Specialist.Flexo Printing AM Team Support.Effectively participate in TPM activities at printing machines to ensure the equipment's to restore to it's basic conditions.Coordination with Planning ,Pre press , Printing , Laminator, Finishing and Warehouse Departments to ensure perfectly materials despatches to our valued customers.Coordination with Maintenance and Quality department regarding currently production and upcoming new portfolio production to ensure Quality production and minimise machines downtimes.Cross Fertilization with Other Tetra Pak factories in rest of the world to implement best practices and ideas.
