I have a total 8.5 years of work experience.I have almost four years of experience in e-commerce management. After 11 months in the year 2022 got promoted to Founders Office.Maintain the founder’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Help maximize the CEO’s time by coordinating personal tasks and services. Handle emails, calls, and messages, Closely assist and serve the CEO and founding team while representing their best interests. As an Associate Team Manager at Coutloot (Customer care team) an online platform for buying and selling pre-owned fashion, I lead a team of 40 customer care executives who handle queries, complaints, and feedback from users across India. I am responsible for training, coaching, and evaluating the team, as well as managing the roster, leave tracker, and performance reports. I also liaise with the tech and product teams and other inter-departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery and user satisfaction.I have made more than 200+ communications (SMS) for users, have made FAQS for the website.I have successfully integrated and used multiple CRM software, such as Zendesk, Knowlarity, Paytm, One Direct, Exotel and official Whats app for the company.
