Major Job Responsibilities:1. Assist the developing process of Organizational strategic plan and operational plan and ensure the implementation of strategic plan and operational plan2. Assist in Develop and Review Organizational as well as project M & E Plan, Policies and Procedures for the organization3. Assist the establishing process of online true monitoring systems and delivering of monitoring results timely to Executive Committee4. Take initiative to produce and implement for organizational MIS5. Provide Feedback and present of quarterly report to management to ensure the quality and quantity of activities as per work plan and keep the program in right track6. Work closely with Program department in developing the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly report of the projects and organization7. Develop staff capacity development plan of BSWS staffs related to M&E on regular basis8. Promote knowledge sharing and coaching among the relevant staffs of the project and BSWS9. Provide contents for regular update of BSWS website and uploading information and materials10. Produce case studies, spot lights based on area of key achievement of BSWS and circularly amongst wider participants both nationally and internationally11. Take research initiative using M&E data and produce report accordingly12. Assist in Design and conduct a range of impact assessments in line with the stated outputs and outcomes of BSWS and their donors13. Analysis the data from different department and produce paper for national, regional and International journals14. Assist in Develop protocol for research related and evaluation15. Develop presentations on BSWS and take part in disseminating these among appropriate potential donors16. Provide regular inputs of the quality and service delivery to each project /Field and Programme of BSWS.17. Regular visit to BSWS Field Offices/working area for proper monitoring as per work plan.
