I ensure quality of care, track progress, and keep families in the loop, but it goes beyond logistics. I’m here to help create a space where kids and families feel truly heard and cared for. Watching clients grow in confidence and communication is the most rewarding part of my job, and I’m driven by the belief that small, meaningful changes can transform lives.I also take great pride in representing my community and empowering girls to be leaders To engage more girls in science is my goal and what I strive for. As a personal project I have acquired funding and personal sponsorships to support female participants for leadership programs that help them grow. I actively take part in STEM based learning programs to mentor kids and encourage their love for learning. My passion for science and research has only grown with each project.
