Homecourt Hoops is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 27-2347155) whose mission is to improve the quality of life of Ghanaian youth through education & basketball. In collaboration with a host of community partners we have established a platform that provides opportunity through sport to under privileged children. Particular focus has been placed on impacting community development, literacy, high school graduation, & youth fitness initiatives. Through the support of corporate sponsors & the community at large, the organization has established foundation grants and programs. Personal responsibilities include running the 50:50 raffle (oversaw 28% growth), data analysis, event management, strategic planning, & coaching youth basketball.

The Seattle Seahawks & Sounders Street Team serves as a vehicle to promote, advertise, and represent the Seahawks & Sounders in the community. The Street Team helps create excitement about the Seahawks & Sounders by being actively involved in the operations team events. Personal responsibilities included assisting at games, public practices, and other community events.

Maccabi Haifa is a professional basketball team in the Israeli Basketball Super League. Personal responsibilities included coordinating community outreach initiatives for the 2013-2014 season; specifically identifying community partners, cultivating donors, maintaining databases, and conducting research.

Student-athletes involved with the A+ Program are committed to promoting education, character development, & athletic achievement. The organization is built upon a competitive basketball program that features mentoring services & maintains a rigorous academic standard. Personal responsibilities included event management, volunteer coordination, strategic planning, & program design. Additionally served as a committee chair & co-event organizer for the Jamal Crawford A PLUS Classic charity basketball game.
