Investment and Trade Facilitation INTO AFRICA

Working for several years as the sole representative of the economic interest of a foreign government in Ghana I initiated and conducted several programs and activities to promote trade and economic partnerships such as business luncheons, professional dialogues, trade delegations and several B-2-B, B-2-G and G-2-G engagements.

We are an African commodities export firm with a specialization in shea butter, yam, chili pepper, and certain sea food exports. We also import suitable commodities frequently.

I was the final check and authorizer for all transactions processed at the Takoradi main branch of Ecobank. I also ensured compliance to the banks operational policies and procedures and was also responsible for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers are served in a timely and professional manner. I was also appointed an authorized signatory of the bank authorized to sign on instruments drawn on the bank and on the banks official documents and letters in January 2008. I also played roles of trust such as being a vault custodian at the Takoradi Branch of Ecobank Ghana Limited. In this role, I had custody of either the key or the security codes to the bank's vaults and ATMs.

Within this period I served various roles in customer service, account opening, funds transfer and Inward and outward clearing.

currently manage a portfolio of over eight hundred (800) SME and local corporate companies including some of the biggest and most sensitive SME banking names in Ecobank. The accounts I manage are key sources of deposits for the bank with not less than fifteen of them providing at least one million USD (USD1,000,000.00) in non-interest bearing deposits monthly. Throughout the period over which I have been a relationship officer, I have exceeded my monthly targets in all the months for loans and credit transactions which was pegged at GHS250,000.00 per month.March 2009 to date: CEO, Ultimate Intelligence Business Solution.
