- Ensuring BL Coaching quality across our Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning Program- Identifying, creating and developing CRTL learning content and products that delight and engage participants and partners- Acting as a resource for supporting and thinking through complexities related to CRTL coaching and professional development (internal and external)- Collaborating with BL Coaches to gather feedback about successes and areas of improvement in CRTL coaching- Collaborating with FTE Coach Development team, Contract Coach team, and other subteams within the Coaching Team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to supporting the development of coaches in CRTL- Collaborating with Design Team to design and implement CRTL Design Workshops and conference sessions- Collaborating with the Virtual Professional Development Lead to develop CRTL internal certification

Applying my knowledge of adult learning and leveraging my teaching experience in multiple content areas to virtually coach teachers, instructional coaches and administrators both across the country and internationally as they engage in PersonalizedPDSupporting the coaching team by providing ongoing culturally responsive teaching and learning professional development Supporting the Partnerships and Marketing Teams to identify and connect with potential partners who are interested in focusing on culturally responsive teaching and learningSupporting the BetterLesson Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team with our company-wide focus on Internal Culture and Capacity Building, Pedagogy/Theory of Learning and PartnershipsWorking closely with the PersonalizedPD design team as we engage in our own structured experimentation, taking strategic and informed risks, and iterate on our company modelUtilizing my knowledge of pedagogy and content to identify and develop effective culturally responsive teaching and learning strategies for PersonalizedPD participants to implement in their classrooms and schoolsSupporting teachers to implement instructional strategies, measure progress, and discuss key learnings through analyzing student work

Supported school reform driven by T3 Teacher Leaders by providing ongoing in-school and online coaching /professional development as teacher leaders led their teams through collaborative inquiry cycles, and developed their skills as master teachers, purpose-driven instructional leaders, evidence-based decision makers, ongoing learners, skillful facilitators of adult learning, and school-wide change agentsProvided support to school leadership by serving as part of school leadership teams at the Channing and Mattahunt Elementary SchoolsServed as a T3 (Turnaround Teacher Teams) Teacher Leader selector as Teach Plus recruited, identified and placed exemplary teacher leaders in partner schools
