• Responsible for supplier, vendor, or contractor sourcing and development.• Supervise purchasing staff, administration, and report for the department heads and directors.• Manage, propose, and ensure implementation of purchasing and procurement activity to achieve company goals.• Handle requisition for procurement of goods and services from all departments.• Handle requisition from Project Department for Supply by Owner (SBO) tender like elevator, genset, panel, AHU, Sanitary, Landscape, etc.• Handle requisition from Sales & Marketing Department for promotional needs, marketing tools, exhibition contractor, booth contractor, etc.• Handle requisition from Operational Department for tendering cleaning service, security, and parking system, office supplies, office equipment, IT tools, engineering tools, stationanry, etc.• Monitoring and controlling inventory stock coordinate with GA and warehouse.

• Handle for purchase non-raw material request like machine, spare parts, etc.• Handle for all procurement services activity for all business units. • Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.• Review planned orders, creates requisitions for project lists, purchased items, and manages approval process.• Transmits and prioritizes approved project lists, purchase orders, and supporting documents to vendor or supplier.• Negotiations with vendors and suppliers.• Administration and report for manager.
