Who Am I? I'm a customer. A son. A friend. A human. After graduating from the University of Florida with an honors degree in Electrical Engineering, I sought to take a different path. Bravely, I entered world of technology consulting and, after experiencing organic networking opportunities, was able to pivot into the career I didn't know would become my life's passion: Innovation Consulting with a concentration in Customer Success/Customer Experience Design. My 5+ years of experience in the field of innovation consulting has taught me that I lead with the following fact in mind as I design: that, before I am a consultant in the corporate space, I am a customer, a son, a friend, and a human. I create from the heart and seek to craft solutions with the end user in mind. Corporate greed and pridefulness cloud the design process and often times causes us to miss the mark in delivering experiences that will be useful to the human race. However, the world is getting worse by the day. We cannot afford to simply get up and go to work ignorant of how the work we do impacts the world around us. I call myself a Customer Advocacy leader because I bring radical love for humankind to the heart of business. Bringing people together to solve complex problems by carefully curating co-design experiences is what I do best. Deep diving into ethnographic research and experimentation helps to add the spice of data insights to these moments; my boldness and desire to guide hard conversations is the icing on the cake.Doing this in the management consulting world has been challenging, yet fun...I am now ready to bring that fire to the industry.
