Work on as build drawing, future constructional layout and then finalizing with SLD drawing.Preparing & updating project management tools (i.e Project Management Framework, Work plan, Timeline, MB)To coordinate and meet with HR, Finance, & Logistic department to ensure that support mechanism such as financial forecasting & logistic planning are completed to a satisfactory level.Providing & building a mechanism of daily, weekly and time to time report on the progress of the implementation Dealing with the corporate finance department for settling the financial terminologies, advance guarantee bonds, process of running bills and submission of final invoices with settling of sale tax, withholding tax and other taxtational and legal issues.Working on Layouts and 3D’s. Making proposal presentations, material board presentation for clients.Handle the procurement/ purchasing related to project and vender selection.Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and informationLiaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesMake certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolvesMonitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participantsUse project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spendIssue all appropriate legal paperwork.
