• Assisting in preparing budgets and construction schedules, setting up project administration files• With direction from the Project Manager, initiating and maintaining correspondence with Owner, Architect, Engineers, sub-trades and suppliers• Guide technician in various technical works / civil works as per the construction and RCC drawings. • Make detailed drawings for general contractors and technicians using Auto CAD so that they can understand the detailing of building members or steel design easily. • Gain an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtaining quotations• Assisting with and/or clarifying scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers• Developing successful relationships with current and prospective clients, consultants, realtors, and developers• Ensuring there is a continuous focus on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as our Corporate Health and Safety Policy• Attending site meetings and assisting in the completion of project deficiencies• Closing tenders in consultation with senior managers

Responsibilities:• Co-ordinating and assisting with the management of the consulting team ie: following up all consultants to ensure deliverables are met, organizing meetings, ensuring proper communication among the consultant team, ensuring proper distribution of required materials, monitor consultant invoicing/payment for approval. • Meeting with the clients and explaining them about the project development and ongoing work and quality of work and maintaining record for every client visited. • Working with the Project Manager(s) ,planning and construction teams to assist reviewing the preparation of specifications and drawings for assigned project(s); you should have a versed knowledge and understanding of blueprint reading• Ability to work with the architect and help with drafting on AutoCAD when needed for highly customized designs• Full coordination and obtainment of development, design permits from zoning approval stage• Monitor construction schedules and deliverables and report any variances to the Project Manager and quickly identify areas of concern; be proactive to issues which impact schedule and budget• Assist Project Manager(s) to ensure the quality and scheduling of the finishes are adhered to at the time of Pre Delivery

Overseeing all matters of the assignment. Kept track of all equipment and its use, set up deliveries and equipment to the site. Manage 40-50 people. Ensured that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality. Responsible for oversight of owner’s construction effort including the technical liaison between the owner, general contractor, user and related agencies. Ensured that construction requirements are made known to the project team in a timely manner and obtain construction responses to the needs of other members of the project team.
