In my role, I oversee the day to day operations of the team, organize and deliver ongoing training to hone presentation skills and techniques, while continuing to deliver highly complex, customer-focused demonstrations of my own. I am passionate about positively impacting our public safety clients, and having spent years in the fire service, I take that commitment very personally.
