Key Responsibilities:• Accounts Receivable and AccountsPayable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.• Prepare and file financial statements, tax returns, and other related financial documents.• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.• Reconcile bank statements and perform various treasury functions to maintain liquidity and financial stability.• Provide comprehensive support in the preparation of all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.• Ensure the accurate and timely recording of cost invoices and financial transactions.• Administer petty cash and assist with various administrative tasks.•Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, Statements of Accounts (SOAs), job orders, and IOUs.• Coordinate production follow-ups to ensure seamless project execution and completion.• Maintain accurate records in the cash book and manage petty cash.• Prepare detailed Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.• Manage the preparation and submission of VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.•Provide assistance in auditing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and transparency.• Facilitate client and vendor meetings to ensure strong business relationships and resolve any financial queries.• Lead and manage email campaigns and social media marketing initiatives to support business growth.
