Helping develop Harambee and SA Youth's transition to a skills-centered job profiling and recommendation engine through localization of internationally standardized skills frameworks, reflecting South Africa's formal and informal labor markets.

Support planning, project management, field operations, analytical work and partnership coordination for the Poverty and Equity GP's engagement in South Asia region, including a region-wide, nationally representative COVID-19 impact panel study and the Bank's analytical program for the Rohingya refugee response in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.

Supported the VAM unit in Cox's Bazar in research management, data collection and monitoring, analysis, visualization and report writing. Focused analytical work on food security and consumption; finalized an analytical collaboration MoU with the World Bank on interdisciplinary, cross cutting research including livelihoods and social cohesion.

Support development of survey tools and field experiments for a study on Gender-based Violence in rural Bangladesh led by Nina Buchmann (Stanford University), Paula Lopez-Pena (Yale University) and Atonu Rabbani (BRAC, University of Dhaka).

Monitored data collection and survey management of a study on Child Marriage Laws in Bangladesh led by Zaki Wahhaj (University of Kent) and Niaz Asadullah (University of Malaya). The study covered questions on attitudes, practices and beliefs regarding child marriage and laws on child marriage, including short vignettes, an embedded video experiment and an Implicit Association Test.
