• Completed an in-depth literature review on routing problem and green transportation, studying over 300 journal papers, and investigated the use of electric vehicles (both medium and heavy-duty) for delivery purposes.• Developed new mathematical models (Mixed Integer Linear Programming, Multi-objective Programming, Robust Optimization) for solving Electric Vehicle Routing Problems to minimize costs and GHG emissions.• Solved Electric Vehicle Routing Problems by using CPLEX and proposed metaheuristic algorithms (Adaptive Large Neighbourhood Search, Simulated Annealing, Genetic, etc.) by programming with C++.• Collected empirical data and designed over 100 experiments for short-haul delivery problems in Ontario, specifically investigating the application of electric vehicles.• Applied optimization techniques to solve delivery problems for Walmart and Amazon, analysed the results, and provided managerial insights. • Demonstrated ability to effectively instruct students in both online and in-person Excel, Arena, MSP, industrial ergonomics, and flexible manufacturing lab activities. Consistently provided detailed written feedback to over 400 students across five courses, including Project Management, Simulation, Flexible Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain Management, and Industrial Ergonomics, supporting their project development.
